The house spreads out mainly on the ground floor and is accessed by a street where you will find some tourist attractions, such as the church of the Immaculate and the convent of St. Francis of Assisi (exhibition space).
Accessing from this street you will find yourself directly into the kitchen / living room. The kitchen features table and chairs, sofa, armchair and TV. It is illuminated by a large glass door that overlooks Via Gargallo and by a smaller one, used as an entrance door. Hot water is supplied by a boiler.
From the kitchen, through a hallway you reach the two bedrooms, which have the same layout. Both come with very high ceilings with 2 large windows (one each) that open and close in home automation; both the bedrooms feature a double bed, wardrobe with internal chest of drawers and desk with chair.
They also have a mezzanine space equipped with a single bed with a pull-out bed, which can be opened in two singles or joined to form a double bed.
A perfect solution for a family or a group of friends!
