Spread over 3 levels, you need to climb 10 steps to access the entrance door. 3 further steps will allow you to access the house, where you are welcomed into the living area, furnished with a comfortable white sofa, a chest of drawers, TV and dining table; 4 steps will lead you to the kitchen, equipped with 2 sinks, stovetop, coffee maker and oven. From here you can reach the first bathroom with shower.
The kitchen also leads to the internal staircase leading to the lower floor, on one side, and to the upper floor on the other. Downstairs is the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, while upstairs you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds; the rooms are not separated by doors.
From the single bedroom upstairs you can access, via another staircase, the beautiful and large terrace with sea views. Enriched by a relaxation area and table with chairs, it is perfect for relaxing while enjoying the splendid panorama of the sea, the hills of Ostuni and a large field of olive trees, but also the historic center.

A few steps from the apartment is the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. They narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city. Few kms away from our villa, there is the amazing Area Marina Protetta Torre Guaceto, while its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. 40 kms north our guests can visit the archaeological park of Egnazia, or perhaps Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centres and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south they can discover Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco.
Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particular for its Sassi and nominated european capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (80 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
