Ideal for families and groups of friends, it is accessible from a very nice square, from which a stairway leads directly to the center in just 5 minutes. The apartment, of approximately 120sqm, is located in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery. From the entrance you access the living area with sofa bed and dining table, and on the right you reach the first bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A hallway leads to the dining / kitchen area, equipped with many accessories and utensils, and furnished with a table for 4. On the right is the second bedroom, which features two single beds, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The house also comes with a relaxation area/garden, with chairs and a table and ideal for relaxing.
