Our Porta Marina with sea view is a 3-storey independent house of 80 sqm, composed of a living room with bathroom and laundry, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another living room with sofa, well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony with views.
From the entrance (ground floor) you access the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, the bathroom and the laundry; a staircase leads you to the first floor, where the sleeping area is located. Here you will find a double bedroom with TV, separate sink and an en-suite bathroom with shower stall. On the second floor, where the spacious living area is located, you will find a sofa, an armchair, wall-mounted TV and round table for 4. At the top of the staircase, on the right, there is the kitchenette with induction stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine. Everything to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!
From here you can also access the balcony, blessed with beautiful views of the sea.
It is the perfect all-season accommodation, since it features both air conditioning and heat pump, making the room fresh and airy during summer, and warm in winter.
Pets are welcome, with an extra cost of € 30 for final cleaning.
