In the heart of the beautiful Ortigia island, a luxury loft with sea view inside Palazzo Blanco, a typical example of the Syracusan Baroque architecture.
Enriched by a beautiful view of the bay, this characteristic 100 sqm loft can boast an unbeatable location on the southern part of the island. It is composed of a living/sleeping area, a bathroom and a luxuriant garden (shared with the adjacent apartment), from where you can also access the house.
The house is beautifully furnished, with a perfect combination of classical and modern style, and features a characteristic stone vaulted ceiling. On one side, you will find the living area, with a well-equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs and a cupboard. Next to the living room is the bathroom with shower stall.
2 single sofa beds have been placed in the center to let our guests relax, and then comes the sleeping area with a queen size bed, which can be separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.
3 large French doors allow the light to come in during the day, thus making the whole space bright. Nevertheless, they also feature blinds and curtains, ideal by night.
It is the perfect all-season accommodation, since it features both air conditioning and heat pump, making the room fresh and airy during summer, and warm in winter.
