Our Vintage Loft with terrace is located in the 19th-century area of Ostuni, the beautiful white city.
10 steps lead to the apartment, with an additional staircase to access. On the first floor is the living area with TV, chest of drawers, radio, DVD player, a small reading area and a walk-in closet. On the same floor you will also find a small bathroom with sink and toilet only.
A staircase gives access to the mezzanine, where the sleeping area (bedroom and bathroom) and the kitchen are located.
From the kitchen you will be able to access a small terrace with a panoramic view, perfect for summer dinners and outdoor relaxing drinks.
The house comes with all facilities you may need to feel like home: washing machine, air conditioning (only in the kitchen), coffee machine, and much more.
It is furnished with taste and style: you will find vintage pieces perfectly matching with the rest of the furniture, modern and colorful.

A few steps from the apartment is the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. They narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city. Few kms away from our villa, there is the amazing Area Marina Protetta Torre Guaceto, while its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. 40 kms north our guests can visit the archaeological park of Egnazia, or perhaps Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centres and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south they can discover Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco.
Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particular for its Sassi and nominated european capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
