Torretta vista mare
It comes with a large garden with fruit trees and a veranda with a table and benches, from where you can enjoy a glimpse of the sea. Perfect for outdoor meals and for drinks with a view!
The villa spreads out on two levels: on the ground floor there is the kitchen with a living area, while on the first floor you will find the sleeping area. The access is separate and the two areas are not communicating with each other, therefore to access the sleeping area it is necessary to take external stairs (about 10 steps) that lead to a sea view balcony with table and bench and to the sleeping area. The latter is composed of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
