- Day 1: Check-in and welcome drink
You will be welcomed in one of our typical Apulian homes. Cozy and designed in a unique style, our vacation homes are equipped with every comfort for a vacation full of relaxation, exploration, and meditation. A welcome drink will be waiting for you, having the special mission of making you feel like you've just returned home after a long trip.
- Day 2: Morning yoga class and walking tour of Ostuni
You’ll wake up in the morning to get the most of this day! This early session of yoga will give you the proper energy to take part in authentic experiences with local people during the central hours of the day. Join the walking tour of the white town. A timeless trip to discovery the whitest town in the world: a guided tour will lead you from the peri-urban gardens, along the walls, right until you arrive in the heart of the historic center. This wonderful tour includes a visit to a ceramics artisan shop and a souvenir to take with you home which will remind you of this one-of-a-kind journey.
- Day 3: Pasta cooking class and lunch and afternoon yoga session
You will step in the shoes of a true inhabitant of this region, discovering which grains to use to make fresh pasta and producing that particular shape with your own hands. Finally, you will, of course, eat what you have made. Enjoy the afternoon with an amazing yoga session and enjoy the rest of the evening.
