- Day 1: Check-in and welcome drink
You will be welcomed in one of our typical Sicilian homes. Cozy and designed in a unique style, our vacation homes are equipped with every comfort for a vacation full of relaxation, exploration, and meditation. A welcome drink will be waiting for you, having the special mission of making you feel like you've just returned home after a long trip.
- Day 2: Cooking class and market tour with a local chef and afternoon yoga session
The cooking class starts with a tour of the Ortigia market, where you will find the best fresh products to use in the recipes. You will then move on to the professional kitchen of a famous Bistrot in the city center. You will, of course, sit together to eat a fantastic handmade lunch, sip a good glass of Sicilian wine, and end with a good espresso. In the afternoon a yoga session which will invigorate you, much needed after a day full of enchantment and discovery!
- Day 3: Morning yoga session and dinner in a typical restaurant
You’ll wake up in the morning to get the most of this day! This early session of yoga will give you the proper energy to take part in authentic experiences with local people during the central hours of the day. Syracuse’s dishes are full of fresh fish and shellfish, including tuna (there are lots of tuna-fishers in the area), swordfish, sea urchins and calamari. At the same time, there are a lot of well-known dishes that contain meat and fresh vegetables. This cuisine is able to satisfy every kind of taste, you’ll have lots of options to choose from!
