Cotti in Fragranza is a project born at Malaspina juvenile center in Palermo. First, set as bakery, then, the project spread outside, at Casa San Francesco laboratory, where youngs can give continuity to this rehabilitation project after the detention path is close.

That is a good project that aims to empower young people involving them in all processes, from creation to promotion of what they made together.
