By Vespa discovering the Langhe area, between castles, towns, and vineyards. End with the Wine museum tour and with a tasting of Barolo wine.
During the Vespa tour in the Langhe, you will visit castles and villages along the way dotted by amazing vineyards. Set off for an enogastronomic route, one of the best in the world, and meet two delights: Barolo wine and truffles.
The Langhe region is a World Heritage Site. Here, one hour drive from Turin, the food and wine heart of Piedmont. Besides the hundreds of excellent wineries scattered throughout the area, you will be greeted by typical products such as hazelnuts, cheeses, and chocolate. Distances in Langhe are easily covered by Vespa and you will move from Barolo to Grinzane Cavour in a bit. To get to know the area better, visit the Wine Museum, inside the Castle of Barolo, the birthplace of the Wine of the Kings and King of Wines in 1800, followed by an excellent tasting.
And then, off on the Vespa check the hills covered with rows of vines and hazelnut groves, between cellars and farmhouses, then drive back to Turin.
