From October 9th to December 5th, the 91st edition of the International white truffle of Alba Fair will take place, in the beautiful town surrounded by Langhe.

The Alba White Truffle is one of the Italian culinary excellence, which is why this Fair represents a good way to make Italian cuisine and Piedmont food famous all over the world. In fact, during the three months, you will be able to taste the best truffles of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato, thanks to a World Market of White Truffle.

Piedmont is also famous for the production of fine wine, so there will be many Wine Tasting Experiences. During those tastings, you will be able to taste typical products and analyze the truffle with all of your senses. So, you can appreciate this ingredient to the fullest.

Lastly, every weekend, there are many cooking classes of national and international chefs, who will teach you everything you need to know.

Piedmont is full of royal residences so that they are also listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, in particular, the Savoy Residences.

A visit to the castles in Langhe will help you discover more about the ingredient in its normal context. Surely, the Barolo Castle is worth a visit, with the Museum of Wine.
