The beach of Gaiola is located in the homonym natural park, a maritime reserve with a suggestive cliff and two small islands connected by a bridge. There are many Mediterranean marine and plant species living in the reserve, as well as the suggestive village of Marechiaro.
Access to the beach is allowed only from 10:00 to 16:00, except for Mondays, in order to preserve the species living in this habitat.
