- Day 1: Check-in and welcome drink
You will be welcomed in a typical Ligurian home. Cozy and designed in a unique style. Our homes are equipped with every comfort for a vacation full of relaxation, exploration, and meditation. A welcome drink will be waiting for you, having the unique mission of making you feel like you've just returned home after a long trip.
- Day 2: Morning yoga class and Apericena
You’ll wake up in the morning to get the most of this day! This early session of yoga will give you the proper energy to take in the adventures and exploration you'll have and do throughout the day.
Treat yourself with "Apericena" in a typical bar; be surrounded by locals an get your belly full of delights, in a more than an Aperitivo moment.
- Day 3: Afternoon yoga class and Focaccia tasting
Spent the morning strolling through the narrow alleys or relax in a sea-view bar. Then join the afternoon yoga session and then eat the idol of the Genoese cuisine: the cheese focaccia. A so fragrant pastry with a delicate cheesy heart, get also delighted with typical pizzas and focaccias combined with the other must-try, the pesto.

Spend your free morning around town then get ready for the afternoon yoga session that will invigorate your spirit and body
- Day 5: Morning yoga class
A morning yoga session is what you need: let's relax and find your balance. There is nothing planned so you can enjoy the views and walk around town or ask for any recommendations on what to do nearby.
- Day 6: Afternoon yoga class
A late afternoon yoga session is the right way to end the day, breathe and meditate.
- Day 7: Vegetarian dinner in a local restaurant
Good food knows no boundaries. Dine among the Caruggi, and find the local flavors of Genova and Spanish fragrances with delicious tapas and pinchos, all vegetarian. Enjoy an evening of a high-standard meal in a charming location.
- Day 8: Check-out
