  • Day 1: Check-in and welcome drink


You will be welcomed in one of the typical Palermitan homes. Cozy and designed in a unique style, your vacation homes are equipped with every comfort for a vacation full of relaxation, exploration, and meditation. A welcome drink will be waiting for you, having the special mission of making you feel like you've just returned home after a long trip.



  • Day 2: Street food tour and afternoon yoga class


A tour led by a local, where you'll get to visit historical attractions, you'll taste 5 street food specialties, you'll enjoy a glass of local wine, you'll be savoring an ice cream or a granita, and you'll get a personal Foodie's Passport, to remember this wonderful experience forever. Then a yoga session that will help your mind and body relax deeply and takes in all the moments lived throughout the day.



  • Day 3: Walk with a local in Palermo


A walk on foot with a local guide through one of the largest historical centers in Europe down the alleyways and lesser-known places, in search of ancient and modern stories alike. You'll get to know the city through the perspective of a local. Enjoy a yoga session that will help you unwind after this day full of excitement and adventure!



  • Day 4: Cooking class and market tour with a local chef


It always starts with doing groceries in the markets, where you will be taught to make your way through the streets and appreciate the city's local produce until you arrive home. Here, with extreme care, the cooking class will start: from the classics of Sicilian cooking, like pasta with sardines, to bread and panelle. An afternoon yoga session that will invigorate you, much needed after a day full of enchantment and discovery!



  • Day 5: Morning yoga class


You’ll wake up in the morning to get the most of this day! This early session of yoga will give you the energy to wander and take part in authentic activities with local people throughout the day. Wine and tapas tasting in the afternoon, a moment of learning about the culture that distinguishes the Sicilian land, accompanied by the best selection of local wines.



  • Day 6: Afternoon yoga class


The sixth day is dedicated to relaxation and wellness. You’ll learn to disconnect from your daily routine and connect to the territory of this magical island.



  • Day 7: Morning yoga class


This early session of yoga will give you a fresh start for a day full of exploration. Use this day to wander, get lost, and find yourself using Palermo as a canvas for your self-discovery.



  • Day 8: Check-out
