The apartment, located on the first floor reachable by lift, has been recently renovated. It opens to the living area: on the left hand side there is an open plan kitchen and the dining area, while on the right hand side there is the seating area furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom, overlooking the street below, comes with a queen size bed with a wrought iron structure, a wardrobe and a TV. A full bathroom with shower and a washing machine complete the apartment.
