At the time of purchase, should your payment be approved, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be charged only the amount of the first installment. In the following months, the other two installments will be charged:

- First installment: at the time of purchase; - Second installment: a month after the day of purchase; - Third installment: two months after the day of purchase.

Scalapay will inform you a few days before the expiry of each installment via SMS and email.

5. In case of cancellation, the payment plan will be erased and you will be reimbursed with the amount you have already paid. 6. For support, contact Scalapay assistance by filling out the following form, inserting the flag on "I am contacting about a holiday".

1. You must be of legal age; 2. In case the automatic payment of the installment is not successful, you can complete it within 24 hours directly from your Scalapay account; 3. If you won’t complete your payment on time, Scalapay will charge the following payment fees:

- Payment made by the due date: no additional fees; - Payment made more than 1 day late: up to 6€ additional cost; - Payment made more than 1 week late: additional 6€, which summed up with the previous fees equals to up to 12€ of additional payment. The total cost of the commissions cannot exceed 15% of the loan value (second and third installments).
