Cozy apartment with large terrace in the heart of Olbia, just a few minutes from the amazing beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor accessible by lift, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with many cooking tools including an oven. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds and one with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
The highlight of this apartment is the spacious panoramic terrace with a dining table, a barbecue, a relaxation area and sun loungers.
