The house, on the first floor of a historic building with an elevator, spreads on two levels and has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. The entrance opens onto the living area, characterized by an elegant frescoed ceiling and furnished with a sofa, a table and a television. The modern and fully-equipped kitchen with snack top is complete with oven, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. In addition, through French windows in the living area guests will access the large terrace furnished with a dining area. The upper floor boasts the sleeping area, featuring two bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in closet, while the second one with a French bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.
