Located in Toscolano-Maderno, within a residence with swimming pool near the Bogliaco golf club, a one-bedroom apartment for a family or group vacation for up to 4 people.

The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room, equipped with a queen-size bed, closet, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, and open kitchen. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee maker, mocha, and toaster. From the living room there is access to the private terrace with sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs from which there is a side view of the residence's swimming pool. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two cozy gulfs ideal for sailing, fishing and all water-related sports, not to mention walks in the hills and mountains.
Maderno can boast a large and well-serviced lido that organizes festivals and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Horse Riding Course, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and its famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of local products such as Garda DOP Olive Oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, located in the beautiful Paper Mill Valley, an opportunity then to make a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.

The nearest airport is Verona, only a 70-minute drive away.
