Inside the Residence "Sant'Elena" equipped with a swimming pool, a few steps from the lake, an apartment located on the ground floor for a family or group vacation for up to 4 people.

The apartment, with Wi-Fi Internet connection included, welcomes guests with the bright living room, consisting of sofa, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle , juicer, coffee maker and toaster. French doors lead to a private balcony, furnished with a dining table and chairs, from which to enjoy a view of the Residence's garden. The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a closet. Completing the apartment is the bathroom with with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet.

*The pool is seasonal and can be used from May to September. Use of swimming cap may be required.

Peschiera del Garda is the Italian lake town par excellence, also called "the fortified city" due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical evidence of the city can be admired starting from the entrance to the historic center, the "Porta Verona," and continuing to the Palazzina Storica Museum, with frescoes dating back to the 1900s. Peschiera also offers marvelous lidos and amusement parks such as the world-famous "Gardaland," easily reached in 20 minutes by shuttle from the Peschiera train station, otherwise in only 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is less than 30 minutes away by car.
