The accommodation is situated in the renowned seaside district of Pittulongu, a residential and panoramic area just a few minutes from the centre and port of Olbia. In the immediate surroundings you will be surrounded by splendid white sandy beaches (such as Pittulongu Beach and Lo Squalo), reachable on foot or in just a few minutes by car. The neighbourhood also offers bars, fish restaurants with sea views and essential services to enjoy the Gallura coast.

Erica's house entrance opens onto the living area consisting of a lounge with sofa, TV and dining table, the kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. From this area you can access the spacious terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and sea views. Continuing through the house you find the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. The house layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.

To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle liqueur.
