The accommodation is located 3.5 km from the centre of Menaggio. The property is a small villa surrounded by a garden with outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views. The interiors are welcoming and characterised by traditional elements, such as exposed wooden beams, which create a warm and familiar atmosphere. The house offers spacious and bright rooms, ideal for spending a pleasant stay immersed in the nature and tranquillity of the lake.

The house is developed on two levels. On the ground floor is the living area, consisting of a large living room with exposed wooden beams and a separate kitchen. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom. On the upper floor is the sleeping area with two other bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, as well as access to a small terrace with a view of the garden. The house is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
