Welcome to our charming apartment located in the center of Siracusa. This property features four spacious rooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. Located on the first floor without an elevator, these rooms boast a prime location with good external exposure and street-facing windows. Each room is approximately 25 square meters, including the en-suite bathroom with a shower, and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Autonomous air conditioning is available in each room, allowing you to stay cool during the warm Sicilian summers.
For your convenience, each room is equipped with a wardrobe, a mini fridge, and a breakfast corner that includes a kettle and a coffee machine. Additionally, every room has a TV for your relaxation and entertainment.

*It's important to note that the rooms do not have individual kitchens. There is a communal kitchen area available, intended for light usage only. This shared kitchen is minimally equipped, serving primarily as a convenience for simple tasks. It includes a microwave for quick heating, a two-burner induction cooktop, a limited supply of small dishes, cutlery, a few small pots for heating, and a coffee maker. Cooking full meals is not intended or supported in this shared kitchen space.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area around Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, at a distance of about 30 km, you will find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its natural wildlife oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. If you are interested in culture, you should visit the Greek Theatre of Syracuse, the Archaeological Park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself, with its historical, cultural and natural beauty. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore; its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
