Spreading over two levels, the villa features large and bright spaces. The ground floor houses the living area with access to a terrace overlooking the garden, a well-equipped kitchen with everything guests may need to prepare delicious meals and a toilet. Walking up to the upper floor there is the sleeping area which consists of two bedrooms with a queen size bed each, one bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom with shower. These rooms, together with the living room downstairs, come with air conditioning. Moreover, every bedroom overlooks the terrace, with both garden and sea view.
In front of the villa an outdoor seating area has been furnished where to enjoy the cool afternoon breeze. Moreover, a path leads to the back of the property where there is an annex coming with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed and another one with twin beds. Also this building offers a furnished outdoor area with a table, chairs and garden sofas.
A barbecue area completes the outdoors, together with table football and table tennis.
