3-bedrooms and 4-bathrooms villa with private pool and marvelous lake view, located in Gardone Riviera, very close to the lake and the beach.

Villa Mariavittoria, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests to the spacious and bright living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, the dining table with chairs, and the fully-fitted kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, american coffee machine and toaster. The living room area has access to a toilet.
The ground floor houses the large and elegant master bedroom, provided with a queen size bed, a desk and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor comes with two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and a queen size bed, one of which boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower. From one of the two bedrooms there is access through a door to a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, ideal for couples with children. An additional bathroom with shower completes the floor.

The outdoor private area of the villa is full of comforts that will guarantee wonderful relaxing moments to guests during the summer: the private pool, a 6.000 sqm garden with flowers and plants and a barbecue area. Guests will also have the chance to eat in the shade of the gazebo in the garden, equipped with a table perfect for enjoying delicious meals in the open air.

Guests can easily park their car in the private garage of the villa.
