The villa, built on gently sloping terrain towards the water, is divided into two separate and independent apartments. The first apartment is on the ground floor, accessible via the pedestrian gate or the first vehicle entrance. This level includes a living room with two seating areas, one has a TV and direct access to a panoramic sea-view terrace furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas.
