Spacious villa with sea view terrace in Abbiadori, just a few minutes' drive from Porto Cervo and the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

The villa, nestled in greenery, is particularly welcoming and bright thanks to furnishings in vibrant colours and numerous windows that allow light to enter. The entrance opens onto an open-plan living area furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. This space also has access to a terrace equipped with a dining table, from which guests can admire the spectacular sea view and dine outdoors.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The third has a bunk bed and a third single pull-out bed. One of the double bedrooms also boasts a small balcony with sea views.
The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village that emerged around an inlet reminiscent of a deer, which has become the realm of luxury holidays. In the Sixties, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this stretch of coast, decided to purchase the lands of this corner of Gallura and create a paradise for elite international tourism. The new tourist port, with 700 berths, is today one of the largest and best-equipped in the Mediterranean, and is home to the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, organiser of international sailing regattas.
In summer it is easy to find yourself shopping with film and television stars in the prestigious boutiques in the centre of Porto Cervo, a location for daily appointments with the international jet set amongst parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by prestigious restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive venues.
The village is surrounded by splendid villas in the style that has become characteristic of the Costa Smeralda and by beaches with crystal-clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. It is indeed an excellent position from which to visit the wonders of this stretch of coast. Not to be missed in the vicinity are Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and Spiaggia del Principe.
