Sanremo

Sanremo is a wonderful city on the Italian Riviera of Flowers, the part of the Ligurian Riviera of Ponente. Like all Ligurian towns, San Remo also has a beautiful coastline, which is dotted with breathtaking beaches and crystal-clear water. Either if you're in the city center or a bit far from it, you will find every kind of sandy beaches where you can relax.

Spiaggia dei Porti, Sanremo

Spiaggia dei Porti is in the city of Sanremo. It takes the name from its position, as it is located between Porto Vecchio and Portosole. You can easily reach it, as it is right in the city center.

In fact, Corso Trieste stretches along the coastline and it's also a very nice area where you can have a walk. On the beach, you will also find beach resorts where you can rent umbrellas, as well as boats and pedalo boats.

Spiaggia dei tre ponti

In the village of Tre Ponti, next to Sanremo, you will find the biggest public beach in the area. It is a well-equipped beach, with showers and a boat rental service. There is also a café, where you can refresh when the weather is too warm. Near it, you will also find the cycle pathway, which stretches for 24km over the Riviera of Flowers.

Cala degli Orsi, Bussana

Bussana is one of the villages near Sanremo, and it's divided into Bussana Nuova, Bussana Vecchia, and Bussana Mare. The last part is the maritime side of Bussana, where you can find the beautiful beach of Cala degli Orsi. It is one of the most beautiful public beaches in Sanremo, as well as on the Riviera. Cala is on the cycle pathway, so it can be easily reached by bike.

Bussana Vecchia is another important site you have to visit during your stay. It is an old village, which was abandoned during the second half of the XIX century, due to a violent earthquake that destroyed almost all the city. After some decades, artists found the perfect environment for their artistic journey, so they settled there and founded their own artisan shops.

Arma di Taggia

Near Sanremo, there is also Arma di Taggia, a small village where there is a wonderful sea. The beach is well-equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, and pedalo boats. You will also find games for kids, so they can play while you're relaxing under the sun.

Capo Verde

The beach of Capo Verde is at the extremity of the Sanremo coastline, surrounded by cliffs and rocky beaches. The sea is turquoise and crystal-clear: baths are surely going to be amazing.
