All the rooms are furnished with elements that mix modern and traditional styles.

"Il Calaprico" is a typical Saracen trullo with 6 domes located inside a centuries-old olive grove overlooking the sea, with numerous monumental plants and several varieties of fruit trees. Firstly, the entire property is bounded by dry-stone walls and runs along the upper bed of the Lamasanta, a karst stream that descends towards the sea from the heights of the Ostuni hinterland. So, it creates a one-of-a-kind ecosystem, rich in spontaneous Mediterranean wildlife and vegetation.
Secondly, the house consists of a living area with an open kitchen, dining table and chairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, there is a large outdoor area with tables, chairs, and deck chairs from which it is possible to enjoy the sea, being located in an elevated area halfway between the town and the sea.
Villa La Dolce Vita is located in Oria, an ancient hilltop village located in the northern Salento on the border between the Murge of Brindisi and the Tavoliere of Lecce.

The trullo is composed by a living area, with living room and kitchen, and by a night area, together with two bathrooms. The villa is structured in a similar way. It is equipped with one bedroom with double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed and a small kitchen and one bathroom.
