The beautiful Villa Torre Guaceto is located halfway between the towns of Ostuni and Carovigno. So, its location makes our villa an ideal starting point for visiting the southern part of Apulia.
The villa is composed of a kitchen and a living room, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. All the rooms are furnished with elements that mix modern and traditional styles.

Moreover, the external areas are large and perfect for some relaxing moments: the pool boasts a lovely sea view and is surrounded by greenery and olive trees, and the house also features a seaview patio equipped with sofas, either to have dinner under the stars or just relax with a drink.

Dimora Il Calaprico

"Il Calaprico" is a typical Saracen trullo with 6 domes located inside a centuries-old olive grove overlooking the sea, with numerous monumental plants and several varieties of fruit trees. Firstly, the entire property is bounded by dry-stone walls and runs along the upper bed of the Lamasanta, a karst stream that descends towards the sea from the heights of the Ostuni hinterland. So, it creates a one-of-a-kind ecosystem, rich in spontaneous Mediterranean wildlife and vegetation.

Secondly, the house consists of a living area with an open kitchen, dining table and chairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, there is a large outdoor area with tables, chairs, and deck chairs from which it is possible to enjoy the sea, being located in an elevated area halfway between the town and the sea.

Villa La Dolce Vita

Villa La Dolce Vita is located in Oria, an ancient hilltop village located in the northern Salento on the border between the Murge of Brindisi and the Tavoliere of Lecce.

Elegant but at the same time characteristic, the villa spreads out on 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace.

Outside the villa you will find a relaxation area with a sun umbrella and lounge, an area with a beautiful and large private swimming pool with deckchairs, a lounge area and a dining table, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
A door gives access to the citrus grove where an additional relaxation area with seating area and another dining table has been arranged for our guests. Everything designed for your comfort and relaxation!

Villa d'Itria with trullo and swimming pool

It is a wonderful villa with Trullo-dependence and a wide swimming pool, in the heart of Valle d’Itria. First, it is surrounded by olive trees and immersed in the tranquillity of Valle d’Itria, our villa with dependence is an oasis of wellbeing, a few steps away from Ostuni.
Secondly, the two structures lay on a huge garden, which hosts a beautiful private swimming pool, great for enjoying the Pugliese sun in full relaxation.

The trullo is composed by a living area, with living room and kitchen, and by a night area, together with two bathrooms. The villa is structured in a similar way. It is equipped with one bedroom with double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed and a small kitchen and one bathroom.

Furthermore, in the backyard of the villa our guests will find a dining table and a barbecue to enjoy BBQs under the beautiful Italian sky full of stars.
Finally, a huge garden of 300 square meters surrounds the entire accommodation.
