In addition, the pool area is certainly the most beautiful part of the house, overlooking the Gulf of Cefalù. It offers a spectacular view, enhanced by breathtaking sunsets and the wonderful portrait of 5 Aeolian islands!

The house is structured on two levels. On the first floor, you will find 2 living areas, a kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second floor, which has three different entrances, there are 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms, a suite-loft with a reading area and views of the swimming pool.

Lastly, outside there is a dining area and kitchen, fresh and shaded by beautiful almond trees. The swimming pool area has a chaise longue, various seats, and a covered gazebo. In addition to that, many corners are set up to let you relax following the rotation of the sun around the house during the day.

The villa is spread over two floors and is surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden with fruit trees, seating areas with outdoor tables and sofas, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, and an annex with a double bed and bathroom.
