Cozy apartment with terrace in Liscia di Vacca, a hamlet a few minutes from Porto Cervo and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex and boasts a large terrace furnished with a dining table accessible from the living room. The entrance opens onto a hallway, and going down some steps guests will enter the living area, furnished with two sofas, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped independent kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.
