Cozy and bright apartment with sea view terrace, just a few minutes from the renowned and exclusive resort of Porto Cervo.
The apartment, with simple and cozy decor, spreads over two levels. On the second floor is the living area with an open-plan kitchenette equipped with all amenities, a double sofa bed and a TV. A large French-window gives access to the covered terrace overlooking the sea and pine forest, furnished with a dining table. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with queen-size bed and bathroom with shower.
Washing machine and air conditioning in the bedroom will be at guests' disposal.
*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer and has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. Late check-in and check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. An additional cost from € 20 to € 40 may be charged for arrivals after 20.00.
