French doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool of the Residence. There is also a bathroom with shower and bidet and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe.

Peschiera del Garda is the Italian lakeside city for excellence, also called "the fortified city" due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical evidence of the city can be admired starting from the entrance to the historic center , the "Porta Verona", to continue towards the Museum of the Historic Building, with frescoes dating back to 900. Peschiera also offers wonderful beaches and amusement parks such as the famous "Gardaland", easily reachable in 20 minutes by shuttle from the train station of Peschiera, otherwise in just 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is just a 25-minute drive from Verona Airport and about a 5-minute drive from Peschiera del Garda Train Station.
