The accommodation, situated on the ground floor, comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room furnished with a single sofa bed and a dining table, followed by a separate kitchen featuring a central concrete island, a bathroom with a toilet, shower and bidet, and the sleeping area divided into two bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and the other with a single sofa bed.
Finally, there is a private courtyard adorned with a bamboo pergola providing shade, and a central planter decorated with Mediterranean plants.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best-equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and the unique white sand. Then, On the island of Ortigia, there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa.
