The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Byron S. Marco features two bedrooms, both furnished with queen-size beds. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with showers.

The building is not equipped with an elevator.
