The entrance opens onto a spacious living area with a sofa, television, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. From this area, you can access the terrace. Continuing through the house, you will find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms.
The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with a shower.

Located less than an hour from Palermo, Altavilla Milicia was founded in the early 17th century at the behest of King Philip III of Spain. Its checkerboard urban layout was designed by architect and sculptor Mariano Smiriglio, known for the Quattro Canti of Palermo. The Belvedere and the Marian shrine represent the town's main attractions. The Belvedere features two adjoining squares located at the northern end of the high ground on which the town stands, and boasts a panorama that stretches from Capo Zafferano to Cefalù, as far as the Aeolian Islands. The Sanctuary of the Madonna of Milicia, which overlooks the Belvedere, houses the 14th-century painting of the Madonna, a work attributed to a Tuscan artist, about which various local tales hover. Other monuments to visit include the ruins of the church of Santa Maria di Campogrosso, known as the "Chiesazza", and the three coastal watchtowers that dominate the landscape.
