Bright apartment with patio, located in an excellent position in the Palumbalza area, just a few minutes' drive from beaches and services.

Casa Matilde is located on the ground floor; a few steps are necessary to reach the apartment. The entrance opens onto the living area with a spacious open-plan kitchen fully equipped, dining table and television, from this area you can access the patio furnished for lunches, dinners and outdoor breakfasts. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other for service only. The mezzanine is not accessible to guests.
