Located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment opens onto a hallway that leads to the different rooms. Guests will find the bright living room with access to the balcony with coffee table and lake view, furnished with sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.

Guests are provided with amenities such as wi-fi connection, washing machine, iron, and heating.

Como is a very beautiful, elegant, romantic and well-kept city, surrounded by medieval walls that house the historic center, with cobbled streets and magnificent squares. Very elegant is the lakefront with several 18th-century villas and the Tempio Voltiano. Among the most fascinating aspects of this city are undoubtedly the enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Olmo, a fine example of neoclassical architecture and the site of important exhibitions, and “La Rotonda,” a villa built at the end of the 18th century and the seat of the Provincial Administration. Near the lakefront is the city's main square, dominated by the Broletto (the old municipal palace built in 1215).
