Cozy and bright apartment with garden and terrace in Osseddu, a town north of Olbia a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia.
Casa Perla spreads on one floor and is surrounded by a garden with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and a large covered terrace complete with dining table, kitchenette and barbecue. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space with access to the terrace, featuring a sofa, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and coffee machine. The sleeping area boasts two bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed, a television and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia.
