The apartment, located on the first floor of a historic building, opens onto a corridor with a convenient entrance closet that leads to a large living room furnished with a sofa, a rocking chair, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, a kettle, a microwave and a juicer. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed and mirrored closet, the other one with a desk, a closet and a single bed that can become double thanks to a second pull-out bed. All rooms boast large windows and glass doors with access to balconies that make them particularly bright as well as silent and private thanks to their view of the inner courtyard. Amodern and elegant bathroom with shower completes the layout.
