Beautiful apartment with patio, located inside a villa. The accommodation is located in Santa Flavia, in the hamlet of Sant'Elia, an excellent location for easy access to the beach on foot. The highlight of this house is the swimming pool shared with the other two apartments in the villa.
The apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa, features an outdoor patio furnished with designer furniture and a stunning sea view. The entrance open onto a leads to the spacious living area with a large sofa, television, dining table, and open kitchen where you can prepare delicious lunches or dinners. From this area, you can access the patio furnished with outdoor furniture and the shared swimming pool.
Continuing through the house, you will find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms.
Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout of the house.

Located less than an hour from Palermo, Altavilla Milicia was founded in the early 17th century at the behest of King Philip III of Spain. Its checkerboard urban layout was designed by architect and sculptor Mariano Smiriglio, known for the Quattro Canti of Palermo. The Belvedere and the Marian shrine represent the town's main attractions. The Belvedere features two adjoining squares located at the northern end of the high ground on which the town stands, and boasts a panorama that stretches from Capo Zafferano to Cefalù, as far as the Aeolian Islands. The Sanctuary of the Madonna of Milicia, which overlooks the Belvedere, houses the 14th-century painting of the Madonna, a work attributed to a Tuscan artist, about which various local tales hover. Other monuments to visit include the ruins of the church of Santa Maria di Campogrosso, known as the "Chiesazza", and the three coastal watchtowers that dominate the landscape.
