Spacious apartment in the university area, in the heart of Bologna's historic center, just a few steps from the Two Towers.
The house, located on the ground floor of a building with an entrance under the characteristic porches, opens onto the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. A door leads to the separate kitchen equipped with the necessities for cooking. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and large desk, perfect for study or work. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine complete the layout.
Free wifi, air conditioning and individual heating will be available in the accommodation.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical center, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theatres, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli, and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. Late check-in and check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. An additional cost from € 20 to € 40 may be charged for arrivals after 20.00.
