Charming apartment on two levels, surrounded by nature and located in a newly renovated semi-detached house with garden and parking space.

The accommodation opens onto a beautiful living room surmounted by exposed wooden beams and furnished with a sofa, armchairs and dining table. The kitchen, independent and on the same floor as the living area, is equipped with an induction cooktop, toaster and microwave. This is followed by a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower stall.
Reaching the upper floor of the house we find a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom equipped with shower, bidet and hair dryer.
Finally, completing the layout of the apartment is a large outdoor garden shared with the accommodation next door.

Guests are provided with amenities such as wi-fi connection, iron and heating.

*The outdoor furniture, barbecue and laundry area are shared with the other guests of the cottage.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
