Recently-renovated apartment, furnished in a modern style, featuring two spacious double bedrooms, suitable for families and groups of friends.

Located in a convenient position close to Bologna central station and the historic center, the apartment is on the first floor of a residential building in a quiet area.
The house develops along the hallway: at the right of the entrance there is the bathroom, fitted with a shower and a washing machine, and one of the two bedrooms, furnished with a queen size bed, a spacìous wardrobe and a comfortable armchair. At the opposite side, you will find the other bedroom with a queen size bed and a dresser.
From the middle of the corridor you will enter the living area, which comes with a dining room with a table and a fridge, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave.
Free wifi and heating will be at guests’ disposal.

*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

10 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is 15-minute drive away.
