Lakefront apartment within the "San Sivino" Residence equipped with a swimming pool and direct access to the beach and lake, in Manerba del Garda.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a bright living room equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped gas kitchen complete with electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, American coffee machine and toaster. The living room overlooks the covered porch from which one enjoys a magnificent lake view as in a postcard: the porch is equipped with a dining table and outdoor chairs.
The sleeping area consists of two rooms: the first is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a door directly accessing the parking area; the second, instead, consists of two single beds and a chest of drawers. In the corridor, there is a wardrobe that can be transformed into a bunk bed. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

The swimming pool is usable from 1 May to 30 September. The use of a swimming cap is required.

The strong point of the residence are the open and communal spaces; the large 10,000-square-metre green communal park offers the possibility of games for the little ones together with the small playground area equipped with swings and ping-pong; the swimming pool, divided into two zones, one with low depth and one for adults, is characterised by the total view of the lake and its proximity to the latter, allowing guests of this splendid residence to relax in the water while feeling the waves of the lake breaking on the beach.
Inside the Residence there is also a restaurant, so that you can enjoy the typical dishes of the lake and our peninsula!

From the residence, you can easily access the underlying beach and the private jetty for groups that decide to rent a motorboat.

The Residence San Sivino is located 3 minutes by car from the town of Moniga del Garda and its medieval castle and only 4 minutes from the centre of Manerba del Garda and Porto Dusano. A short walk away, you can find local restaurants to savour the taste of Italian cuisine while admiring the Lake and the Costaripa winery for wine tastings. A 6-minute drive will take you to Garda Golf in Soiano, while for children, the famous Gardaland theme park and Caneva World water park are just a 40-minute drive away.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of Valtenesi and in the hinterland, agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the Lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see most of Lake Garda and some of its Islands.

The airport closest to Verona is only 45 minutes by car from the Residence.
