Splendid luxury villa with swimming pool and private garden, nestled in the green countryside of Ostuni.
The villa features high-quality finishes and is furnished with meticulous attention to detail. The entrance opens onto the bright living area with sofa, dining table and modern, fully equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, which comprises four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two bunk beds and one with a single bed and an extendable bed to form an additional double bed. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.
The spacious outdoor areas are the jewel of the property, featuring the typical structure of old colonial houses. The garden surrounds the entire villa and at the rear there is a tiled patio with pergola where you can relax and access to the swimming pool, perfect for hot summer days.
Here there is also an outdoor shower and a service bathroom with sink and toilet, inside which there is also a washing machine.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle d'Itria. Its historic centre, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which imperiously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a clear and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo which majestically protects the town.
Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture, Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we encounter first the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi before reaching Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving towards the west there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
Brindisi airport is 40 minutes' drive away, whilst Bari international airport is 100 km away.

Late check-in and check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. An additional cost from € 20 to € 40 may be charged for arrivals after 20.00.
